Dibalex

Engin Engineering was involved in designing and creating a nesting machine commissioned by Dibalex. Dibalex is known as a renowned supplier of high quality and reliable profiling machines, installations and forming rolls. This machine, which we designed in collaboration with Dibalex and the end user, is able to receive, merge (nest) and control roll-formed profiles of different lengths and heights. After the profiles are combined, the machine transports them to the welding robot. For this project, the mechanical part was produced and assembled by Aldonk and the operation and commissioning were provided by Barth Industrial Automation. This includes hardware engineering, cabinet construction cabling and software engineering.
